The All In workout focuses on 4-6 full body strength training moves. In between sets you will do 2-8 minute cardio intervals. This combination provides you a complete, fat burning, strength building workout.


Upper Sweat is half cardio intervals lasting 2-8 minutes, combined with core work and strength training focusing on upper body. This class will ensure that you will get a maximum calorie burn along with building upper body strength.


Lower Sweat is half cardio intervals lasting 2-8 minutes, combined with strength training focused on your lower body and core. Get ready for a calorie and fat burning hour along with working your legs and bootie.


Sweat 101 is an intro class for Sweat Equity. You will learn how to use the equipment, work on body weight strength and core using proper movements. This smaller class is designed to prepare you for the All In workout. Sweat 101 is not part of the unlimited membership. You will purchase a punch card to attend this class. Click here to purchase.


SWEAT SISTERS (Girls ages 12-19) 

The focus of this program will be to build fitness (core, agility, and cardio) in a fun, encouraging and supportive class. We will be learning healthy eating choices as well as working on positive self images. The girls will make the playlists, have time to interact and get to know each other in a relaxed environment. A female teacher who is experienced and knowledgeable of working with girls will teach all classes. Classes are limited to 16 girls per session to insure each girl will get the individual attention she needs. Exercises will be modified and adjusted to individual goals and abilities.

We offer the MYZONE training system, which is a state of the art tracking device. Every workout that you complete at Sweat Equity will be stored to your personal file. On top of that, every workout that you do outside of Sweat Equity will be stored. The software will help keep you on track, stay motivated and measure your results.
